Title: Bright Green Eyes
Author: LadyBahiya/LadyBelz
Pairing: Harry/Draco
Summary: It’s hard to resist when those eyes are staring at you.
Disclaimer: This story is based on characters and situations created and owned by JK Rowling, various publishers, including but not limited to Bloomsbury Books, Scholastic Books and Raincoast Books, and Warner Bros Inc. No money is being made and no copyright or trademark infringement is intended.
Note: My first Harry/Draco in over 2 years.

“Draco…”

“No.”

“Draco…”

“No.”

“Oh come on…”

“No.”

“Please?”

“Harry, no.”

“Pretty please?”

“No.”

“But…”

“No.”

“Fine.” Harry stomps out of the store, leaving Draco behind. Sighing, Draco looked down and was caught by another pair of bright green eyes.

“Damn.” he sighed, going to the shop owner to make the purchase. Harry would owe it to him later. He walked out of the store with the cute puppy with the bright green eyes and wondered just how he got suckered into it.

Prologue

Diary Entry Dated June 3, 2017

I had that nightmare again. It's always the same, never changing. No matter how much I try to change things, it's always the same. My mother, my father, my brother. All dead at the hands of a monster. I shall have no peace until the one who did this is dead. Then I can finally lay their ghosts to rest...

~BM~

"Johnny...grab your sister...and get to the RV."

"But dad..."

"Johnny do as your father says. Get your sister and run!"

"Daddy!"

"It's all right, baby girl. I just want your brother to get you to safety."

"Come on, Jett!" A hand grabs hers, pulling her away from the safety of the campfire.

Snapping and snarling behind them. A masculine scream of pain, instantly cut off. A sharp female scream a moment later, also silenced.

"Dad!" John screams. Nothing.

"Mommy!" Nothing.

Heavy panting in the underbrush. Two glowing yellow eyes. Her brother's hand, squeezing hers almost painfully.

"Jett..." A whisper.

"Johnny, I'm scared."

"Me too."

A twig snaps, two children frozen in fear. A snarl. Her brother's hand ripped from hers, his screams echoing all around her. She falls to her knees, hands over her ears.

A low growl, close. Slowly bringing her head up to stare into the face of pure evil. Jaws inches from her face, bloody.

Fear. All over her, in her, around her.

The jaws open, hot, fetid breath stealing across her skin.

A slash of silver glinting...howls of rage as the beast disappears into the woods.

Kind, gray eyes swimming in her vision before the blackness steals her away...

This is the beginning...

Blood Moon Cover Art

A woman who has lost everything.

A man who yearns for more.

Jett Kinkaid, a woman on a mission to eradicate every single werewolf on the planet – personal revenge in search of the one who killed her family.

Kyros Renaldi, a man with a dark and terrible secret – Alpha werewolf to Clan Shadowcliffe…and Jett’s destined mate.

Seperate, they each yearn for different things. Together, they find a passion beyond anything they’d ever dreamed.

Will the secret he holds tear them apart…or is there a much more darker secret that neither of them are aware of that will threaten the very fabric of their lives forever?

This is the cover art of a story that's been brewing in my mind for over 4 and a half years. I'm slowly making an attempt to put it down on paper.

2 years since my last entry...

Journal Entry: Wed Aug 13, 2014, 11:53 AM
A lot has happened in the last 2 years, I don't even know where to begin.

My last post was about my Grandmother and her struggles with suffering from Alzheimer's brought on by dementia.

She did manage to stay with us for the next 2 years but sadly, she passed away in the early part of February of 2014. I'd like to think that she finally said that she'd had enough and she was ready to go. She didn't suffer any pain and her passing was gentle. She's finally reunited with her husband of 54 years and her only son-in-law and they're all somewhere watching over us, giving us encouragement and support and enjoying a nice barbecue. <3

On the plus side, my baby sister is expecting my first niece! I am so excited to finally be an aunt and I cannot wait to spoil her rotten. She's going into the last of her second trimester and we're looking at possible the week before Christmas for a birth. I've been giddy with happiness since the news. My own kids are excited to have a new little cousin to spoil as well. A blessing to our family. She and her boyfriend have decided on the name "Marley" because they are both huge Bob Marley fans. No decision yet on middle names, but they have plenty of time.

I'm still playing in Paint Shop Pro, just not as often as I used to and mostly just email signature tags. Maybe I'll put up a couple here in the near future.

So, that's all for now.

Thanks for listening. <3

Thanks for the comment-much appreciated! :)

Many of the works are from my website. A few are recent scans of old work, that had to wait years until I could scan them. Many are 8" x 10" transparencies, that must be scanned multiple times, and pieced together in Photoshop, which can take an hour or two. I have to do these on occassion, as I have a pretty full plate of other stuff going...

The most recent book cover art is on my website. I will be on vacation shortly, so after tomorrow, I won't be posting, for a couple of weeks.
